How about treating the each window/door like a card from a deck of poker cards. Impose plan view of each window onto a rectangle area. And display each of them in an isometric views. Easiest way that I can think of is using a software called 'SketchUp.' (Free trail & software tutorial can be downloaded from their website www.sketchup.com)
Although each window are similar, they've been weathered, aged (and graffitied) with distinctive character.
sketch up is easy and can yield some great results. Also consider combining the images as a photo montage which wil insteisfy the repetition of the elements.
